The physicians on Orlando magazine’s Best Doctors and Top Doctors lists, were chosen as among the finest in the area by their local peers. Altogether, the lists name nearly 450 doctors in more than 60 specialties.
The lists were excerpted from national surveys conducted by Best Doctors Inc. (Best Doctors) and Consumers’ CHECKBOOK (Top Doctors). Both companies surveyed thousands of physicians across the country, asking them one key question: To whom would you turn if you or a loved one needed medical care? We publish local lists from both organizations to give readers a more comprehensive picture of the Orlando area’s most highly regarded practitioners.
However, it is important to note that such surveys by their nature are not all inclusive; they represent only a sampling of doctors who are highly regarded in their fields. Orlando has hundreds of excellent physicians, many whose names do not appear on these lists. You may have doctors you trust who are not on these lists.
Doctors on the lists are organized alphabetically by specialty. Best Doctors, Consumers’ CHECKBOOK and Orlando magazine have made every effort to ensure that the lists are accurate.
The following list is excerpted from The Best Doctors in America 2011-2012 database. For more information on this company and its survey, visit bestdoctors.com

I was flipping through magazines when I came across a great article in the May issue of InStyle. The article had several good tips that I wanted to share with you:
How do I get the best fit when shopping for a new bra?
Just like your waist, your bra size can fluctuate from year to year. It is best to go yearly to be fitted and sized at your local lingerie boutique or department store. Allow yourself at least 45 minutes to be fitted and find the right bra for you. And keep in mind that not all sizes are created equal. Unlined lace cups, for example, can fit differently than a contoured T-shit bra. And if you are shopping for a special occasion, be sure to bring your outfit that your bra needs to be hidden underneath. This ensures you make the best purchase the first time around.
How many bras do I really need?
At a minimum, you should have at least three to five everyday bras, a convertible strapless one for special occasions, and a high-impact sports bra for workouts. You should rotate your everyday bras throughout the week to minimize stretching and to extend the bra’s life.
How do I wash my bras to make them last?
With proper care, most everyday bras have a shelf life of about one year. To help them last, you should never wash them in the washing machine or place them in the dryer. This can disfigure the padding and wires and also cause the bra to stretch and lose fibers. Bras should be hand washed in cold water, using gentle detergent and hung up to dry.
What are a few tricks of the trade?

Nipple Covers-It might not be obvious at home in front of the mirror, but save yourself from “photo nippage” the next time you go braless. Top Hats nipple concealers are reusable silicone covers that offer flush to skin coverage: herlook.com
**Remember that different brands of Bras do not fit the same, nor are all “B” cup the same, find a bra that you like and have it fitted.
