Sutures are removed within 14 days and any bruising and swelling that you will experience decreased to “socially acceptable” levels within 10 to 20 days. The final result is evident in 4 to 6 weeks or sooner with continued improvement for several months.
Results vary, based on factors that include smoking, heredity, and sun exposure. In general however, a facelift will last many years.
